2. Solo to license

After I got solo, I graduated to a sleeker (comparatively), more soarable, Ka-7.

One of our club members died in this aircraft when he hit a barbed-wire fence on approach to Claresholm, Alberta in the 1974 Canadian Soaring Nationals.
